Beware that it can be very painful.

Squeezing Individually
You can use a scrub to soften your skin first, use a hot towel to steam your T zone to make your skin softer and pores expand. Using tissues on both fingers, gently squeeze with pressure from the base and up to remove blackheads. Do not force if it doesn’t come out as it can damage your skin.

Natural Remedies

Putting toothpaste on blackheads with reduce swelling and dry out the oils. Applying lemon juice from an actual lemon helps to also remove the oil. Applying aloe vera is also a way to help sooth and help stop blackheads. A mixture of one egg white and one tablespoon of honey and applying it to your face for 20 to 30 minutes and then rinsing it off with lukewarm water is also a solution that has proven to work.

How Can I Prevent Blackheads?

Make sure you follow a daily routine of washing your face twice a day. Try to keep to a routine so you will be more likely to stick to it and less likely to suffer from a host of other skin problems. Do this for a few weeks and see if it helps.
